Holger: I learned the term “heart-posture” from my sweet-heart Janneke.
Could I explain in words how strawberries taste?
“Heart-posture” as a pointer, beyond words; like riding the bicycle… you cannot explain it, and if you think too much you fall.
There is a fluidity in daily living, where thinking is seen as a tool, but not who we are.
Roger Castillo used to say: Pleasure and pain are circumstantial, suffering is attitudinal. (SchoolOfSuffering.com)
Heart-Posture is not about right or wrong, but maybe more like an openness, an effortless allowing of inner space, beyond words, higher than thinking, higher reasoning; more like a listening attitude; a loving openness?
January 3rd 2026… I don’t know yet what to do with this domain name, but maybe you have an idea? I saw that heartposture.com is already taken, I wonder what will happen there?

It’s easy to have ideas, but much harder to create value, to invite practical peace and well-being?
What is heart-posture?
Who are you?
What do you really want?
“Truth is an activity in our own consciousness.”
A little thinking is helpful in order to understand the fun-ction of thinking, otherwise we are forever trapped (unknowingly) in a prison we entertain ourselves.
